Danzella Watts

I consider myself a perpetual learner, educator, advocate, motivator, and spiritually grounded individual. My life's purpose revolves around inspiring others to not only realize their fullest potential but also to actualize their innate gifts and talents.
As the author of the coffee-table book, "A Blended Cup of Joe," and the Founder and CEO of "Simply Put-In-It, LLC," an agency specializing in education advocacy and support services, my motto is "Education, Simply Put." My focus lies in fostering
partnerships between schools and families of children with special needs.
Armed with a Master's degree in Educational Management and Innovation, and a Bachelor's degree in Emotional Behavior Disorders and Learning Disabilities, I've been honored with nominations for "Who's Who Among Teachers" and as a Commencement
Speaker.

My knack for delivering impactful messages that empower parents and educators to collaborate for the betterment of students has led to a commendable track record of fostering positive community-school relationships. With over two decades of experience in education, spanning roles as an educator, administrator, coach, mentor, and trainer across secondary and postsecondary sectors, I've spearheaded various initiatives. These include designing departmental programs, developing curriculum, chairing committees, managing projects, implementing state testing systems, fostering inclusive learning environments, and facilitating conflict resolution among teaching teams.
My unwavering dedication lies in advancing the youth's prospects and revolutionizing educational paradigms beyond the confines of conventional norms."
